Business Traveler
The reservation originally was for two nights. However, after a 13 hour drive, arriving at midnight, the staff told us that the hotel was full and they lost our reservation. They sent us 30mins north to another hotel in Parsippany, NJ. Staff wasn't even apologetic or offered us compensation. They said the reason they lost our reservation was because they couldn't contact us, which was a lie because we left our email and phone numbers with them. Business Traveler
I booked this thinking it was at EWR but got downtown Newark. But hotel was right off highways and what few problems I had the hotel staff took care of right away from help parking, sending a fax, forgetting my toiletries and being a full house on weekend. I'd recommend this hotel for many business in downtown Newark or weekend getaway outside of NYC. The pool is a sure win to keep the kids busy.
